I have watched successful people go quiet the moment the conversation turns to God. They believe, but somewhere along the way they were taught that faith and work don’t belong in the same room. Prayer over here, business over there. We have lived that way so long we call it wisdom.
But it is not wisdom. It is a wound. The Kingdom was never meant to stay inside the sanctuary. It was made to be carried out into the marketplace, into the room where the money moves and the decisions get made. There is a gate there, and most of us have never walked through it.
Look at where Jesus spent his time. Most of it was not in the synagogue but in the marketplace, at wells, at tables, in the streets where people bought and sold. Even his parables live there: merchants and stewards, wages and harvests, a servant handed money to invest. The real warfare was never for the sanctuary. It was for the marketplace, the room where a culture is decided. Miss that gate, and you pray in one room while the world is settled in another.
Opening that gate became my life’s work. I have written fourteen books, built companies, and sat with entrepreneurs, faith leaders, and the men and women of my Billionaire Roundtable. They could hire anyone, and they came looking for the one thing their money never bought them: how to carry God into the place where they already had power.
This ministry is that gate. It exists to end the split, so your faith and your work stop being two lives, and the marketplace becomes the place you were made to rule.

While the world braces for famine, this is how to read the plenty you’re standing in, and build before the lean years come.
Joseph faced a coming famine and did not panic. He read the season, stored while the plenty lasted, and when the lean years came, he fed nations. And he was not alone in it. Scripture names the sons of Issachar, men who “had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do.” That kind of reading is a skill, and I can teach it to you.
The Decode Method™
Plenty, or famine? Most people never ask; they just brace for the worst. Right now, it is plenty.
Where are you in the seven? Right now, we are in the fourth year, 5786: a year of plenty, and the great plenty crests in the fifth.
What does this year ask of you? Build now, while the plenty lasts, before the lean years come.
And you don’t have to take my word for it. Look at the last cycle we already lived through: the shaking of 2015, the long climb to the 2021 peak, the reset of 2022. Seven years, end to end. The dates are public. Go check them.
The cycle is not mine. It is Scripture’s own. Genesis names the seven years of plenty and the seven of famine; Leviticus 25 counts time in sevens, seven sabbaths of years. The oldest Hebrew reckoning keeps the same order. The reading of plenty and famine, and where it crests, is the discernment I lay on that structure. I keep the two separate on purpose.
The cycle is turning. Come Out Joseph marks the crossing into the crest of the great plenty, the fifth year of the cycle, which begins September 16, 2026. Learning to read it for yourself is what the Joseph School teaches.
